5. Delivery Timeframes & Carriers

6. Order Tracking & Customer Notifications

7. Address Corrections & Failed Deliveries

  • If a domestic package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact you to resolve the issue; additional re-shipping fees may apply.

8. International Orders: Customs & Duties

  • International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges imposed by the destination country.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
