1. Consignment Model & Authenticity Guarantee

Important Disclosure: We operate under a legitimate consignment business model for sneakers and streetwear. We are not an official brand-owned retail store, but a professional consignment platform that verifies and sells items on behalf of trusted individual sellers and authorized distributors.

1.1 Strict Authenticity Verification

  • Every consigned item undergoes a comprehensive dual manual inspection by our expert authentication team before listing.
  • Inspection covers all critical authenticity points: labels, midsoles, stamps, boxes, accessories, security tags, materials, and craftsmanship.
  • Only 100% verified brand-new, unworn, and flawless authentic items are listed for sale; full traceability is maintained for every product.

1.2 Full Accountability

  • We assume full responsibility for authenticity guarantees and order fulfillment for all items sold on this site, without deferring to consignors.
  • If any item purchased from us is verified as non-authentic by a globally recognized third-party authentication service (e.g., Legit Check, CheckCheck), we will provide a full refund and cover reasonable authentication fees and related losses.

1.3 Legitimate Sourcing

We conduct strict pre-qualification checks on all consignors to ensure legal ownership and legitimate sourcing of all items, in compliance with the first-sale doctrine and all applicable intellectual property laws.

2. Order & Payment Rules

  • You must provide accurate, complete information (name, shipping address, phone number, billing details) when placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery failures or losses caused by incorrect information.
  • All payments are processed via PCI DSS-compliant encrypted channels. We do not store your full credit card information.
  • We reserve the right to review and cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: fraud, malicious ordering, inventory errors, pricing errors, or address anomalies, with a full refund issued promptly.
  • An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email upon successful payment; this email confirms the formation of our purchase contract.

3. Order Cancellation & Modification

  • You may request order cancellation or shipping address modification via email before your order ships. Once an order has entered processing or shipping, no changes can be made.
  • If we cannot fulfill your order due to inventory shortages, quality issues, or brand supply disruptions, we will notify you immediately. You may choose to wait for restock, exchange for an item of equal value, or cancel for a full refund.

4. Shipping Policy Overview

  • Free Shipping Threshold: Standard free shipping is available for orders over $60 within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
  • Processing Time: Orders paid before 2:00 PM ET on business days (Mon-Fri) will ship the same day; orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or U.S. holidays will ship on the next business day.

5. Return Policy Overview

  • Extended Return Window: We accept returns within 60 days of order delivery for eligible items.
  • Returned items must be in brand-new, unworn, unwashed condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

We strive to maintain 24/7 website availability, but we are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or order anomalies caused by force majeure (natural disasters, logistics strikes, pandemics), system failures, hacker attacks, or network outages. We make no warranties beyond the explicit authenticity guarantee and product quality standards required by law.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • You may not use this site for any illegal, fraudulent, or infringing activities, including malicious ordering, false returns, or unauthorized account access.
