This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Joey Sneakers (https://www.joeysneakers.com/), a consignment platform for authenticated, brand-new sneakers and streetwear. This policy is integrated into our Terms of Service and governs all returns, refunds, and exchanges for domestic and international orders.

We offer an extended **60-day return window** to ensure customer satisfaction, in compliance with Google Merchant Center requirements and U.S. consumer protection laws.

2. Extended Return Eligibility Window

  • Customers may request a return within **60 DAYS of the confirmed delivery date** for all eligible products.
  • Requests submitted after the 60-day period will be automatically declined.
  • This policy applies to both U.S. domestic and international orders.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a full refund, all returned items must meet the following strict conditions:

  • Items are **100% brand-new, unworn, unwashed, and unused** with no signs of wear, scuffs, stains, or damage.
  • All original packaging, shoe boxes, tags, authenticity labels, and accessories are intact and unmodified.
  • Products must pass our re-authentication inspection to confirm they are the original genuine item shipped by us.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are excluded from returns and refunds for quality assurance and fraud prevention:

  • Limited-edition, collaborative, or custom sneakers and streetwear (unless defective or not authentic).
  • Items with removed tags, damaged packaging, or signs of use/wear.
  • International orders where customs duties have been processed.

5. Return Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

5.1 U.S. Domestic Returns

  • Customer-initiated returns (wrong size, change of mind): Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping fees (including free shipping for orders over $60) are non-refundable.
  • Our fault returns (defective, wrong item, inauthentic): We cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund including original shipping fees.

5.2 International Returns

  • All international return shipping fees, import duties, taxes, and brokerage charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not reimburse any international shipping or customs fees for returns.

6. Standard Return Process

  1. Submit a return request to support@joeysneakers.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item & packaging.
  2. Our team will review your request within 48 business hours and provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval, and provide the tracking number to our support team.
  4. We inspect and re-authenticate the item upon receipt (within 48 business hours).
  5. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

7. Refund Processing & Timelines

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after successful inspection and authentication.
  • Bank/card issuer processing time may take an additional 7-10 business days (varies by financial institution).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable for non-quality-related returns.

8. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or product, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

9. Authenticity-Related Returns

As a trusted consignment platform, we guarantee 100% authenticity for all products. If an item is verified as non-authentic by a third-party authentication service:

  • We provide a **full, immediate refund** including all shipping costs.
  • We cover all return shipping and authentication fees.
  • No deductions or restocking fees will be applied.

10. Restocking Fees

Joey Sneakers does **NOT charge any restocking fees** for valid, approved returns.
